Terms of use and booking

These terms apply to the use of www.dermluxclinic.com and to appointments booked online or by phone at the DermLux clinics, operated by DERMLUX LASER & AESTHETICS LTD (registration no. HE 460016), Arch. Makariou III 160, 8250 Chloraka, Paphos, Cyprus.
Booking and deposit
To book online you pay a small deposit. It holds your appointment and is deducted from the price of the treatment at the clinic. Payment is made securely through Stripe; once it is complete, the appointment is booked in your name.
Prices are those shown at the time of booking. Offers apply for as long as stated and may change or end; they do not affect appointments already booked. Discounts that depend on a condition — for example a first session — are checked at the clinic, and if the condition is not met the regular price applies.
Changes and cancellations
One free change up to 24 hours before; the deposit moves to the new appointment. If you cancel or change with less than 24 hours’ notice, the deposit is not refunded.
For lip fillers the limit is 48 hours.

Assessment before treatment
Every treatment is subject to assessment by our doctor or aesthetician. Injectable treatments are performed only by doctors. If we judge that a treatment is not suitable for you or should be postponed (for example because of a contraindication or a recent tan), we may decline or reschedule it; the deposit then moves to a new appointment or is refunded to you. Please give us full and accurate information about your health.
Results
Results differ from person to person and depend on factors such as skin type, age and following the aftercare advice. Our doctors and aestheticians will explain what to expect, but we cannot guarantee a specific result.

Use of the website
The content of this website — text, photographs, videos and logos — belongs to DermLux or is used under licence, and may not be copied without written permission. Information about treatments is for general guidance and does not replace a medical consultation.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Cyprus. They do not affect the rights consumer protection law gives you.
