Shipping

• Clinic pickup — free. Collect from DermLux Paphos, Limassol (Gold), Nicosia or Larnaca. We call you as soon as your order is ready.
• ACS pickup point — €5. Delivery to any ACS Courier point in Cyprus.
• Courier to your address — €10. Door-to-door delivery anywhere in Cyprus.
• Free delivery on orders over €100 (ACS point or home delivery).
• Timing. Orders are prepared within 1 working day and usually delivered within 1–3 working days (Monday–Saturday).

Payment

Every order is paid online by card, securely through Stripe. For clinic pickup you can pay the full amount, or pay a 10% deposit now and the rest at the clinic when you collect.

Returns — 14-day right of withdrawal

Under EU consumer law you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To be eligible for a return, products must be unopened, unused and in their original sealed packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, cosmetics that have been opened or unsealed after delivery cannot be returned unless they are defective.

To request a return, contact us within the 14 days at hello@dermluxclinics.com or on WhatsApp, quoting your order number. You can return products by courier or hand them in at any DermLux clinic. Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the product is defective or not what you ordered — then the return is free.

Once we receive and check the returned products, we refund you within 14 days, using your original payment method.

Defective or wrong items

If a product arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and your order number. We will replace it or refund you in full, including any delivery cost. Your statutory rights under Cyprus and EU law are not affected by this policy.

Deposits for clinic pickup

Pickup orders reserved with a 10% deposit: the deposit is non-refundable if the order is not collected, as stated at checkout. The 14-day withdrawal right above applies from the day you receive the products.
