ZO® is sold only through doctors and skin-health professionals — not in shops. Since 2018 the brand works with physicians only. DermLux is an authorised ZO® retailer in Cyprus.
Before you begin
Will this make me feel bad about my skin?
It is built to do the opposite: first what measured well, then the one or two things worth attention, and what to do about each. Six measurements and a plan — not a verdict on how you look.
How accurate is it?
It measures what the camera sees, so light and make-up change the readings. Daylight, facing a window, no make-up, the same spot each time — then the results compare. An estimate, not a diagnosis.
What happens to my photographs?
They never leave your phone: measured in your browser, gone when you close the page. Keep stores only the six numbers and the date, on your phone. DermLux never sees your photographs, answers or result.
Is this medical advice?
No. It is a cosmetic analysis with ZO® Skin Health products suggested for it — not a diagnosis, not a prescription, and no consultation at our centres. For a mole or a patch that is changing, see a doctor.

How this page handles your data
- Who runs it
- DermLux Laser & Aesthetics Ltd, Cyprus (hello@dermluxclinics.com). The analysis is a cosmetic skin analysis tool for adults, 18 and over.
- What happens to your answers and photographs
- Everything is processed inside your phone’s browser. Nothing is uploaded, sent or stored by DermLux. We never see your answers, your photographs or your results.
- Health
- The analysis asks one optional health question, pregnancy or breastfeeding, used only to leave out the products ZO® advises against then; it stays on your phone. It does not ask about allergies, conditions or medication, because a form cannot check them safely: before you use any product, check its full ingredient list, shown on every product page, with your doctor or pharmacist. You confirm this before the photographs, and that confirmation is kept with your order if you buy.
- If you choose Keep
- Only your readings (numbers) and the date are stored in this phone’s browser, so a later visit can show what changed. No photograph is stored. Delete removes them at once; clearing your browser data does the same.
- What this is not
- A cosmetic analysis of how your skin appears in three photographs. It is not a medical examination, a diagnosis or medical advice, and it does not replace seeing a doctor. It suggests ZO® Skin Health products sold through DermLux; it does not include any treatment, consultation or appointment at our centres.
- Before you use a product
- The suggestions are general cosmetic information, not a prescription. If you have a skin condition, an allergy, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or are under a doctor’s care, check with your doctor before starting a new product. Read the label and patch-test anything new. The decision to buy or use a product is yours.
- Accuracy
- The readings depend on light, make-up and your camera. Treat them as an estimate, and compare visits taken in the same spot and light.
- Cookies and tracking
- None on the analysis page. It sets no cookies and loads no analytics or advertising scripts.
- Your rights
- Because DermLux holds no data from the analysis, there is nothing for us to access, correct or delete on our side. For anything else about your data, write to hello@dermluxclinics.com.
