Terms of the monthly story draw

Organiser

The draw is run by DERMLUX LASER & AESTHETICS LTD (registration no. HE 460016), Arch. Makariou III 160, 8250 Chloraka, Paphos, Cyprus ("DermLux"), which operates medical aesthetics centers in Nicosia, Limassol, Larnaca and Paphos.

Period

Each calendar month is a separate draw, from the 1st at 00:00 to the last day of the month at 23:59, Cyprus time.

Who can enter

Only DermLux clients aged 18 or over who had an appointment at one of our centers. DermLux staff and their families cannot enter. Public and private Instagram profiles can both enter.

How to enter

Both steps are needed:

• 1. Post a story. A photo or video from your visit, posted on the day of your appointment or the day after, with the @MENTION sticker showing @dermluxclinics. A plain typed @dermluxclinics without the sticker does not count.
• 2. Send us one Instagram message. Within 24 hours of your story, write to @dermluxclinics: #klirosi, your full name, your mobile number and your city. For example: #klirosi Maria Dimitriou 99123456 Paphos.

Confirmation

We match your message to your appointment using the mobile number you gave us, and we reply to confirm your entry. If we cannot find the appointment, our team checks it and replies.

One appointment = one entry

Each entry is linked to one appointment. Several stories from the same visit count once. If you visit us more than once in a month, each appointment counts separately. Only appointments that took place count, not cancelled ones. Your entry goes into the draw of the city where your appointment was.

Keep your story up for 24 hours

Your story must stay on your profile for its full 24 hours. If it is deleted earlier, the entry is cancelled. If you no longer want to take part, send us an Instagram message and we remove your entry.

The prize

• Not included: injectable treatments.
• Validity: 3 months from the announcement. The prize cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
• If you already have a paid package (laser or facial), the prize is not a refund of a package session. It is added as an extra session.
• Suitability: the treatment is given only if our team judges it suitable for you. If it is not, you choose another treatment from the prize options.

Each month, one winner per city wins, at their choice, one laser session on the body areas of their choice or one facial treatment from our menu, at the DermLux center of their city.

The draw

On the 1st of each month we check all of the previous month's entries against our appointments and draw one winner per city at random, electronically, from the valid entries. We keep a record of the entries and the result of every draw. If a city has no valid entries in a month, there is no draw for that city that month.

Announcing the winner

The winners are announced in the @dermluxclinics story on the 1st of each month, with a mention of their account. Our team then contacts each winner by Instagram message or by phone, on the number they sent us, to book the session. If a winner does not reply within 14 days, we draw again for that city.

Reposting your story

By mentioning @dermluxclinics, you allow DermLux to repost your story on its Instagram account, with a mention of your account.

Your data

For the draw we keep your Instagram username, the link to your story, the full name, mobile number and city you sent us, and the appointment your entry is linked to. We do not keep a copy of your story. We use these details only for the draw, keep them for 12 months and do not share them with anyone. You can ask to see or delete them by Instagram message or at hello@dermluxclinics.com. If we delete them, you also leave the draw. More in our Privacy policy.

Changes

DermLux may change or end the draw with a notice on its Instagram account. Entries made before that day still count.
